WELCOME

Welcome to the second issue of the AQUAPHOENIX newsletter! It’s been a productive summer, with partners continuing their onsite work in Hardangerfjord and Åland.

Project partners also attended high-level events and conferences to share our mission with European and international stakeholders. This month we were delighted to present at the European Commission event TechTalks@Mare under the theme of “Innovations for climate-smart, sustainable and inclusive aquaculture.” This was an excellent opportunity to showcase the early work of the project and our interventions to achieve circularity in the industry by collecting and recycling aquaculture waste.

As AQUAPHOENIX continues to grow and scale, this issue invites you to explore the innovations and research at the heart of the project.
