OBJECTIVE FIVE
The AQUAPHOENIX objectives reflect the interdisciplinary nature of the project. Our mission is to make a lasting impact on circular aquaculture technology, industry, science, policy, and communication.
The fifth project objective focusses on sharing knowledge about aquaculture as a sustainable food source and growing awareness of the potential of sustainable interventions like sludge collection to support the industry into the future. Partners are also working to share and grow knowledge about the need for robust, place-based environmental monitoring and to nurture favorable business and policy environments for the adoption of sludge collection technology and circular value chains. AQUAPHOENIX follows an Open Science approach, ensuring data and results are free and accessible to all.
